Manicouagan Reservoir

The Manicouagan Reservoir in Quebec, Canada, is notable for being one of the world's largest known impact craters. The meteorite crash occurred approximately 214 million years ago and the reservoir itself was created during the 1960s for hydroelectric power generation.
