Questions about this 3D model

How do you calculate the area of a rectangle?

Multiply its length by its width: A = L × W. A rectangle measuring 5 cm by 3 cm has an area of 15 cm². Both dimensions must use the same unit.

What is the difference between area and perimeter?

Area measures the surface inside the rectangle and uses square units. Perimeter measures the length around its boundary and equals 2 × (length + width). It uses units of length.
